Hooray's SHIPPING POLICY
We do our best to get the finest products to you of the freshest and best quality.
We use Canada Post and usually designate your order as "card for pickup" so that our Truffles and Caramels are not sitting outdoors in your mailbox.

You will receive a card in your mailbox when your goodies have arrived and at that time you will be able to go to the designated postal outlet to pick up your order.
REFUND POLICY
If your order does not make it to you for whatever reason we are always happy to resend or refund.
