Proper Care for Soy-Free Chocolate Truffles
Hooray Truffles are crafted with intention: organic ingredients, premium dark chocolate, and no preservatives.
To experience them at their most vibrant and flavourful, treat them the way you would any small-batch, artisan food—mindfully and with a little care.
Our truffles shine brightest when enjoyed fresh, so keep them in a cool, stable environment between 60–68°F with low humidity.
Stored this way, they maintain peak texture and taste for about two weeks.
Because chocolate is naturally sensitive to heat, light, air, and strong aromas, keep your box tucked away from sunshine, warm spots, or scented items—cocoa butter loves to absorb the world around it. If your home runs warmer, refrigeration is absolutely fine: simply wrap the box (or place it in a sealed bag) to protect it from odours and condensation, then allow the truffles to come fully to room temperature before unwrapping. Refrigerated, they remain delicious for up to eight weeks.
For longer storage, you can freeze them using a gentle two-step process: first chill them in the refrigerator for 24 hours, then transfer to the freezer; reverse the process when you’re ready to enjoy.
This slow “step up / step down” approach prevents temperature shock and preserves each truffle’s silky centre.
With a little care, your Hooray Truffles will stay as decadent and delightful as the day they were made.
