There are also many great documentaries out there that are very compelling and show real people and reveal real statistics about diet, health, whole food, and plant based living.
The movie Forks Over Knives changed the way that I viewed my overall eating style and the science behind health and nutrition. I can honestly say that after viewing that movie and reading more about the China Study I felt that I could finally stop searching for the truth.....
Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead was also a huge inspiration for me in that it definitively demonstrated the benefits of juicing. The "reboot" has become a phenomenon around the world since.
