What I am grateful for today….. <3
1. I am grateful for my sisters and my parents.
2. I am grateful my body is healthy and well enough to garden, run, exercise, and cook/bake. I am grateful I was able to do those things today.
3. I am grateful that I am alive and breathing.
4. I am grateful to have a healthy mind and brain.

What’s for Breakfast?
Today I started my day off with a green smoothie! I put 2 cups kale, unsweetened almond milk, a frozen banana, 1 tbsp hemp hearts, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1 tbsp cacao powder, and 1 tsp maca powder.. Lovely way to start the day off.
