Chocolate Avocado Icing


Well…. I am pleased to announce I may have – well yes I have created the best icing ever. When you look at your cupcake and realize the ratio of muffin to icing is equal… you know you’ve done something right.

YUM.

Chocolate Avocado Icing

Ingredients:

1 ripe avocado

1/2 cup raw cacao powder

6 dates

1/4 tsp vanilla

Unsweetened almond milk – not much maybe 1/3 cup or less ***add slowly just until you can get the mixture to blend smoothly

1/4 cup coconut oil (organic, unrefined, virgin

Blend… LALA. Masterpiece! Enjoy – Delicious.

This icing spreads wonderfully and tastes delicious on its own too.
